Meet Dr Pooja Lama
Dr Pooja Lama received a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1998 and worked in private practice for seven years before moving to Australia in 2006 and received her Australian Dental Council Accreditation in 2006. Pooja enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and takes the time to listen to her patient’s expectations and explains procedures so they are completely comfortable about their treatment.
Dr Lama receives great satisfaction from helping a patient achieve the beautiful, healthy smile they have always desired. Good health for Pooja is all about healthy habits. She believes in prevention rather than cure and finding time to keep fit physically, mentally and socially is very important.
Away from Smile Craft Dental, Pooja likes to spend time with her husband and two children and enjoys travelling.
Meet Dr Sandhya
Dr Sandhya graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2013. Having extensive experience of working as a general dentist in regional NSW and Sydney, Sandhya joined Smile Craft Dental Mount Colah in March 2021. You will find Sandhya a very gentle and caring dentist, who aims to bring smile to every face.
Sandhya is focused on providing complete oral health care with emphasis on minimal or no discomfort, conservative and high-quality treatment procedures. She has special interest in orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. She is an active member of Australian Dental Association and aspires to continue her education by attending local division, study group meetings and professional courses.
Outside dentistry, Sandhya enjoys spending time with her family and meditation/yoga.
