It is not something new that tea has got several medicinal properties in it, all you need to do is take a fresh tea bag and steep the tea bag into boiling water for about 5 minutes the process is same just like you prepare tea. When the tea bag is cool enough to touch, apply it directly to painful gums for at least 5 minutes.
